This 30 Minute Yoga Class is designed for anyone of any age and of any level. It is a practice dedicated to moving through the whole body to create mobility and stability in the whole body to keep you moving freely and fully for years to come. There is a combination of seated and standing poses and there are options offered throughout the class to work at whatever level you are at. So whether you make it your daily routine or just a once a week practice, I promise you will feel the impact of this practice in your body, mind and spirit.
