Once you have filled out your Intensions Questionaire and Elise has gotten to know you and your goals, within 5 buisiness days Elise will upload your your own unique video up to your own private access youtube video. For an extra $10 Elise can also send you out a USB copy to keep as well (postage within Australia).

If your are not in the Northern Rivers area, then this is where the wonder of the interwebs comes in. Elise will learn all about you and then CREATE YOUR OWN UNIQUE VIDEO for you to follow.

 

She will send it through and it is yours to KEEP and practice in the comfort of your own home WHENEVER and HOWEVER you like
