Elise’s unique Hatha classes will guide you through traditional yoga postures whilst focusing on the breath and mind body connection. This beautiful and relaxing practice is suitable for all levels and includes a physical series of postures as well as breath work and meditation.

This invigorating class harnesses the power of the breath to guide you through a strong and dynamic series of postures. Powerful and strong postures flow together seamlessly with continuous breath. This class will leave you feeling strong and focused both mentally and physically and is suitable for all levels.

The Balancing Bodies VIP Yoga Classes have been specifically designed to give you the personalised yoga experience you need to deepen your practice at the reasonable price you have been looking for.

 

ONLY 4 PEOPLE PER CLASS

 

These small and intimate classes mean that you get the hands on attention you need to help stregthen, deepen and perfect your practice.

 

The VIP Classes will be held in small Balancing Bodies courtyard studio located in Wavell Heights, Brisbane. This half indoor half outdoor studio is the perfect place to breathe in the fresh air, embrass mother nature and work on your practice.

** Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid incurring a charge.

*** Monthly Passes are according to the Calendar month and will be valid from the 1st to the last day of the month purchased.
